* Each competitor may enter up to four (4) events for his or her initial entry fee. Additional events beyond the initial four may be purchased at the rates listed above. Do NOT purchase extra entries in O2CM until you have purchased a 4-entry package.
** Students: when picking up your registration packet at the competition, please bring your student ID and registration card for the current semester, as well as your USA Dance registration card.
If you do not wish to enter online, please download a printable entry form here and mail with a check to the address shown on the form.
Paid registrations canceled prior to January 21, 2012, will be refunded in full. Cancellations from January 21 to February 4, 2012 will be charged a 10% processing fee. No refunds will be given after February 4, 2012.
Tickets and Payment
Some people have trouble with the O2CM system. Once you have created an account and logged in:
1) Create a couple, selecting a leader and a follower (see Section 1 in the below image).

2) Select each entry you wish to make. This will involve selecting Division (amateur), Age, Skill Level and Dances for each entry (see Section 2 in the above image). Click the "Enter Couple in Selected Event(s)" button after each entry you select. Your entries should appear in the box below this button.
3) When you are done making your entry selections, click the "Go To Account to review entries, Order Tickets and Pay Entry Fees" button (see Section 4 in the above image). This will take you to the Account Review page.

4) In Section 2 (see above image), "Tickets and/or Package Selection," select "Adult Competitor," or "Student Competitor" as appropriate, next to the heading "1) Package/Ticket Type."
VERY IMPORTANT: Do NOT select Student or Adult "Competitor Extra Entry per person" at this point. Select either "Adult Regular Package per person, 4 entries" or "Student Regular Package per person, 4 entries" (note, the "Early Bird" part may change depending on deadlines at the time you register). Your first selection should say "per person, 4 entries". This is your first 4 entries that you receive with your registration. Repeat: do NOT select any extra entries at this time.
Select your name in the box under "5) Quantity (FOR)." Click the "Add" button to the lower right of this box. Repeat this for each partner. If one partner is adult and one student, you will need to select the appropriate package.
When you have purchased a package for all competitors on your account the word "Rsvd" will appear next to each name in the list. If it does not, reselect the name and select/add a package.
5) If you have more than four entries, you will need to add one Extra Entry (under "Package/Ticket Type") for each entry above four, for each competitor (so if you have six total entries you will need four Extra Entry "tickets"--two for you and two for your partner, since each person has two extra entries). Your extra entries will show up under Section 3, "Account Details."
6) If you wish to order spectator tickets for friends or family who may be attending, make one of the Spectator selections under "Package/Ticket Type" and select which session you wish to purchase spectator tickets for, then click the "Add" button.
7) The "Secure Payment with Authorize.Net" button should be activated in Section 1, and you may then pay by credit card. If you do not wish to pay using credit card, you may mail your payment to:

Note that your payment must be received by the deadlines listed above (in the Entry Fees section) to receive the rates listed.
If you have trouble paying online, you MUST contact us as soon as possible, or your payment may be charged at a higher rate.
Note: O2CM is a bit flakey if you leave it idle for some time, so you may need to log back in to be able to accomplish any tasks.
